Rajaji National Park is located in the picturesque hills of Shivalik ranges and opens up into the Indo-Gangetic plans in the State of Uttarakhand, India. Being the North-Western most limited of distribution of endangered species like Tiger, Leopard, Hyeana, and Asian Elephant. Great Pied Hornbill, Indian Pangolin and King Cobra Rajaji Tiger Reserve has immense conservation value. It constitutes an important part of the Terai-Arc Landscape (7500 sq.km.) between the Yamuna River in the North-West and the Sharda River in the South-East. It is also an important entity of the Shivalik Elephant Reserve.
In 1983, the Rajajl Wildlife Sanctuary was upgraded to the status of a National Park with an area of 820.42 sq. km. with the amalgamation of Chilla and Motichur Wildlife Sanctuary along With some forest areas of West Dehradun. East Dehradun, Shivalik and Lansdowne Forest Divisions.
Rafting and whitewater rafting are recreational outdoor activities that use an inflatable raft to navigate a river or other body of water. This is often done on whitewater or different degrees of rough water. Dealing with risk is often a part of the experience.
The journey starts from Haridwar to Chilla Jungle Safari (at your own Cost), Safari time will be Morning 7 am to 10 am and the Evening safari 2 pm to 5 pm after the safari visit Haridwar Upper Road and enjoy your shopping. Overnight stay in the hotel.
Journey starts from Haridwar to Rishikesh. On arrival go for visiting adventure activities: River Rafting, There is three places for river rafting i.e. Bhrampuri, Shivpuri, and Marine Drive. And enjoy your one-night camping, Breakfast, Dinner(Veg & non-veg), and Bonfire. (700/- per person for river rafting) from Shivpuri.
The journey start from Rishikesh and proceeds to Haridwar.
