Ticket Delivery Options:
1. PICK-UP FROM OUR OFFICE. Clients may pick-up the tickets personally from our office. Click here for contact address
2. DELIVERY WITHIN CITY. Tickets will be delivered to the hotel/home address you will provide us with. We charge a service fee of not less than INR.100 for this option.
3. DELIVERY THROUGH COURIER SERVICE. This option is for deliveries outside Haridwar City. Tickets will be delivered to the hotel/home address you will provide us with. We charge a service fee is dependent on courier delivery charges.
Cancellations / Refunds:
- All cancellations (where permitted) are subject to service (processing) charge in addition to cancellation fee specified on individual customer’s invoice (charged by ticketing airline).
- Cancellation or refund process may take 6-8 weeks.
